No experience is necessary. We have leaders and coordinators who work with each team to implement the program. They are trained, and coordinate you with the local village sponsor and helpers in each village. We want the locals to lead, the visiting team is there to support them, because the locals live there and can follow up.

Donations are our fuel. Even though mission teams pay for their costs, with donations we are able to grow faster. We have 10 staff members on the ground. and donations help them be able to give their time. And donations are used to help us prepare for future expansion. This means prepare for follow up, and the continuing years. We want to continue working with the parents after they get their book. This could mean additional books, supplies, and training.
